New Members. 1.The President welcomed new member John O’Neill and presented him with his membership pack.
2. Cecil Spotten proposed that Stanley White be accepted for membership of Coleraine Probus Club. The proposal was seconded by John Graham and approved by the members.
This morning’s speaker, Jim Fairburn, was then introduced to the members the title of his talk being “Robbie Burns”.

Minutes of the meeting of Coleraine Probus Club
The President, Des Moore, welcomed members to the meeting together with visiting guests Bernard Stanley, Stanley White and Gordon Turnbull. Unfortunately because of a family bereavement our listed speaker Alison McCaughan is unable to be with us this morning. The President introduced club member Mike Turner who, at very short notice, has agreed to give a talk on “Birmingham Inner City, Balsall Heath Urban Renewal Project”.

Past President Mike Turner, standing in for our President, welcomed new member, John Christy and presented him with his Club badges and a copy of the Coleraine Probus Club Constitution. He also congratulated Jim Nesbitt and Cecil Leitch both of whom recently celebrated their 90th birthday.
