Coleraine Probus had some film fun at their meeting on 26th April, thanks to some quick thinking from club photographer Ken Parkes. Shortly before the meeting, the club Speakers Committee Chair, John McKegney, learnt that the booked speaker had been taken quite seriously ill and could not attend. Ken, an amateur radio enthusiast and audio visual wizard went to his car (or 'travelling workshop' as it seems!) and retrieved a video projector and laptop, then connected to the Golf Club's wifi, and 'bingo' - the members were treated to a 'YouTube' streaming of a Charlie Chaplin classic 'Easy Street'. The film and Ken's quick thinking were greatly appreciated by the members, as he made the solution to the problem 'Easy', in more than one way!
